1. "XXXL Discount" Special Offer ("Special Offer") is held by RU-CENTER.
2. Offer period May 01 — 31, 2013.
3. The Offer is available for RU-CENTER partners who have signed a NIC-REG agreement with RU-CENTER.
4. During the Offer period, the fee for .XXX registration will be:
5. If a .XXX registration request is received after 11:59 p.m. MSK on May 31, 2013, such domain registration shall be paid according to the standard price plan valid on 1 June, 2013.
6. .XXX registration requests during the Offer period shall meet the following requirements:
6.1. The request shall be completed (submitted and paid) from May 01, 2013 (from 00:00 MSK) till 31 May, 2013 (until 11:59 p.m. MSK).
6.2. Any orders unexecuted before 31 May, 11.59 p.m. MSK , 2013 will be paid according to the prices valid on 1 June, 2013.
6.3. The request shall be made for an available .XXX domain for a period of 1-10 years.
6.4. .XXX domain registration request shall be first-to-serve. If you have two or more requests, you may prioritize the request in "Manage your account" → "Orders" → "Processing queue, order removal".
In case of pending service renewal orders, the latter have priority in execution.
You may cancel services renewal in "Manage your account" panel → "Services" → "Renew services" prior to the moment of these services delivery.
6.5. A customer wishing to register .XXX domain at a special price effective during the Offer period shall have enough funds on the Personal Account to cover the service.
You can transfer the funds to the Personal Account of your agreement in advance using any available option
6.6. If you submitted two or more .XXX registration requests in a period from 01 May, 2013 (from 00.00 MSK) and the amount required to cover at least one request will be transferred to your Personal Account before May 31, 2013 (before 11.59 MSK), this request will be charged according to the prices specified in i. 4 hereinabove. Any pending requests are subject to payment as per the prices valid on 1 June, 2013.

7. Using the Offer means that the applicant fully agrees with these Rules.

Registration request for .XXX domain means the applicant agrees with the terms and conditions of the gTLD and Foreign ccTLD Registration Schedule (Schedule 1/7 to the Service Agreement), and and gTLD and Foreign ccTLD Registration Agreement. For delegationof .XXX domain it shall be required to indicate membership PIN of the Sponsored Community.
9. RU-CENTER shall be entitled to introduce modifications into these Rules. Any modifications become effective since they are published on RU-CENTER web-server (nic.ru).
