1. "Don't Miss INFO" Special Offer (the "Offer") is held by RU-CENTER.
2. Offer Period: July 01, 2013 — August 31, 2013.
Moscow time is used for the offer period.
3. The Offer is available for partners who have signed a NIC-REG agreement with RU-CENTER.
4. During the Offer period, the tariff plans will be modified. During the Offer period, .INFO domain name registration price will be:
5. If a .INFO registration request is received after 11:59 p.m. MSK on August 31, 2013, such domain registration shall be paid according to the standard price (plan) valid on September 01, 2013.
6. .INFO registration requests during the Offer period shall meet the following requirements:
6.1. The request shall be submitted from July 01, 2013 (from Midnight MSK) until August 31, 2013 (until 11:59 p.m. MSK).
6.2. Any orders unexecuted before August 31, 2013, 11:59 p.m. MSK, will be paid according to the prices valid on September 01, 2013.
6.3. The request shall be made for an available .INFO domain name for a period of 1 year.
6.4. .INFO domain name registration request shall be first-to-serve. If you have two or more requests, you may prioritize the request in "Manage your account" → "Orders" → "Processing queue, order removal".
In case of pending service renewal orders, the latter have priority in execution.
You may cancel services renewal in "Manage your account" panel → "Services" → "Renew services" prior to the moment of these services delivery.
6.5. A partner wishing to register .INFO domain at a special price effective during the Offer period shall have enough funds on the Personal Account to cover the service.
You can transfer the funds to the Personal Account of your agreement in advance using any available option
6.6. If you submit two or more .INFO registration requests before July 01, 2013 and the amount required to cover at least one request is transferred to your Personal Account before July 01, 2013, this request will be charged according to the prices valid before July 01, 2013.
6.7. The Offer does not apply to:
7. Using the Offer means that the applicant fully agrees with these Rules.
8. Registration request for .INFO domain means consent of the Offer participant with the terms of gTLD and Foreign ccTLD Registration Schedule (Schedule 1/7 to the Multiple Services Contract) and gTLD and Foreign ccTLD Registration Agreement.
9. RU-CENTER shall be entitled to introduce modifications into these Rules. Any modifications become effective after publishing on the RU-CENTER web server (nic.ru).
