1. The "Motion.PRO" special offer (the "Offer") is provided by RU-CENTER.
2. The Offer period: October 17, 2012 — December 31, 2012.
3. The Offer is available for the partners – both RF and non-RF residents who signed a /NIC-REG Contract with RU-CENTER and have chosen RF ruble as currency under the contract.
4. During the Offer period, the registration fee for a .PRO domain will be 400 RUB for every tariff.
5. If a registration request for a .PRO domain is received after 11:59 p.m. MSK December 31, 2012, such domain registration shall be paid according to the standard price.
6. .PRO domain registration requests during the Offer period shall meet the following requirements:
6.1. The request shall be submitted from October 17, 2012 (from 12:00 Midnight MSK) until December 31, 2012 (until 11:59 p.m. MSK).
6.2. Any orders unexecuted before 11.59 p.m. MSK December 31, 2012 will be paid according to the pricing schedule valid on January 1, 2013.
6.3. The request shall be submitted for an available .PRO domain for the period of 1 year.
6.4. .PRO domain registration request shall be first-to-serve. If you have two or more requests, you may prioritize the request in "Manage your account" → "Orders" → "Processing queue, order removal".
In case of pending service renewal orders, the latter have priority in execution.
You may cancel services renewal in "Manage your account" panel → "Services" → "Renew services" prior to these services delivery.
6.5. An Offer participant wishing to register .PRO domain at a special price valid during the Offer period shall have enough funds on the Personal Account to cover the service.
You may transfer the funds to the Personal Account in advance using any option available.
6.6. If you submitted two or more domain registration requests before October 17, 2012 and the amount covering at least one request will be transferred to your Personal Account before October 17, 2012, the services under this request will be provided according to the pricing schedule valid before October 17, 2012.
6.7. The Offer does not apply to:
7. Participation in the Offer means consent of the Offer participant with these Rules.
8. Registration request for .PRO domain means consent of the Offer participant with the terms of gTLD and Foreign ccTLD Registration Schedule (Schedule 1/7 to the Multiple Services Contract) and gTLD and Foreign ccTLD Registration Agreement.
9. When ordering a registration of a .PRO domain, the participant (the partner) guarantees to RU-CENTER that the Client agrees with the aforementioned documents.
