Transfer by letter

In order to transfer the domain, the Registrant has to submit to RU-CENTER the following documents:

For legal entities:
Domain transfer letter (rtf)

For individuals and sole traders:
Domain transfer letter (rtf)

The information in letter and in RU-CENTER data base shall be identical. A copy of passport should be attached to the letter from an individual.
Please pay attention to general rules of letter issuance.

The documents may be:

1. posted to this address: RU-CENTER, 2/1, 3d Khoroshevskaya str., Moscow, 123308, Russian Federation
2. delivery to RU-CENTER office
3. delivered to the office of one of RU-CENTER's regional affiliates

Copies of letters can be submitted via fax at: +7 (495) 009-00-22 or via email at: ru-ncc@nic.ru (maximum size of attachment is 10 MB).
