I do not receive any messages about testing failures of DNS servers for my domain. Why?

If you failed to indicate the email address for technical messages (mnt-nfy) when you completed the form, you do not receive any messages about testing failures.

You may enter this address in automatic mode using our web-interface:

  • Log in to "Manage your account" panel;
  • In "Contract" menu select "Update information";
  • Enter modifications into "E-mail address for technical notifications (mnt-nfy)";
  • Save changes.
