Contact person registration for domain names in gTLD and foreign ccTLD

In order to specify a person, not being the domain name Registrant, as a contact person for administrative and technical issues it should be registered in RU-CENTER database. In order to register a new whois-contact domain name Registrant should:

• enter the "Manage your account" section;
• specify his agreement number and administrative password;
• choose the option "Register a new WHOIS-contact" in the "Agreement" menu;
• fill in the fields in English;
• click the "Save data" button.

After registration in the database, a unique ID will be given to the whois-contact.

In case a domain name is transferred from RU-CENTER to another registrar, the request concerning administrator's agreement to transfer the domain name will be sent by the new registrar to the email of the contact person for administrative or technical issues.
