Service Provision Procedure During the Landrush and General Availability Registration Period Under the New gTLD Program

1. General Provisions

1.1. For the purposes of providing the services of Landrush domain name registration and domain name registration under the New gTLD program, provided the Customer has generated a pre-order on the Contractor's web server, and in accordance with:

a. clause 3.1.2. of New gTLD Domains Preorder Registration Schedule (Schedule 1/11-8)
b. clause 3.1.5. of New gTLD Domains Preorder Registration Schedule (Schedule 1/11-8)
c. launch of the services of Landrush domain name registration under the New gTLD program and domain name registration under the New gTLD program, and effective Landrush and General Availability Registration Schedule under New gTLD Program (Schedule 1/30-2)

The Parties agree with the Terms and Conditions of Service set forth in clause 2.1. hereunder.

1.2. In any respects that have not been regulated hereunder, the Contractor and the Customer shall be governed by the following documents:

• New gTLD Domains Preorder Registration Schedule (Schedule 1/11-8)
• Landrush and General Availability Registration Schedule under New gTLD Program (Schedule 1/30-2)
• Pricing for domain name services under New gTLD Program (Addendum 1 to Schedule 1/30-1)

2. Terms and Conditions of Service

2.1. In order for the Order for Landrush or General Availability domain name registration under the New gTLD program to be fulfilled, the Customer shall provide the following information via the web interface at nic.ru:

When receiving a notice from the Contractor, the Customer shall by the date indicated in the notice, express its consent for using prepayment as payment for registration of domain name listed in clause 2.2. of Landrush and General Availability Registration Schedule under New gTLD Program (Schedule 1/30-2) and fully pay the order for Landrush or General Availability registration pursuant to the aforementioned Schedule.

2.3. Order for Landrush or General Availability registration under the New gTLD program, which is based on pre-order, has a priority in execution only for the period selected by the Customer pursuant to clause 2.1.1. hereinabove.

2.4. All not fully paid Orders for a particular stage of Landrush registration period or for General Availability registration under the New gTLD program will be cancelled by the Contractor if the Contractor receives a fully paid Order for this stage of Landrush registration period or General Availability registration under the New gTLD program.

2.5. The fee for Landrush or General Availability domain name registration under the New gTLD program is given in Pricing (Addendum 1 to Schedule 1/30-1 and Addendum 2 to the Service Agreement).

2.6. Order of Landrush or General Availability registration service also serves as the Customer's consent to pay for the service at the prices valid on the date the order execution starts.
