Beginning January 10, 2013, the following changes in the terms of Auction service will become effective:
- sellers on the auction can be either individuals who are citizens and residents of the Russian Federation, or individuals who are registered as sole traders under the laws of the Russian Federation and are residents of the Russian Federation, or legal entities established pursuant to the laws of the Russian Federation and located in the Russian Federation;
- money to the seller will be transferred within ten business days.
Due to this, the addendum to the Service Agreement will be modified accordingly:
