24 December | RU-CENTER Starts Accepting Orders for Landrush and General Availability Registration in New Domains

From December 24, 2013, RU-CENTER starts accepting orders for Landrush and General Availability registration in the following top-level domains: BIKE, CAMERA, CLOTHING, CONSTRUCTION, CONTRACTORS, DIAMONDS, DIRECTORY, ENTERPRISES, EQUIPMENT, ESTATE, GALLERY, GRAPHICS, GURU, HOLDINGS, KITCHEN, LAND, LIGHTING, PHOTOGRAPHY, PLUMBING, SINGLES, TECHNOLOGY, TIPS, TODAY, VENTURES, VOYAGE.

This early start means that RU-CENTER customers will be able to be among the first to submit their orders: during the Landrush and General Availability periods, the applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis by Donuts Inc., the registry of these TLDs.

Landrush registration will last for 7 days and will be followed by the General Availability registration. During these periods, registration is open to the general public.

The price of Landrush registration includes the fee for application submission during a certain stage of Landrush registration and the fee for domain name registration.

The price of application submission for Landrush registration:

  • first day — 516,250 RUB;
  • second day — 129,060 RUB;
  • third day — 49,040 RUB;
  • fourth day — 25,810 RUB;
  • fifth-seventh day — 5,160 RUB.

Standard price of domain name registration:

  • .GALLERY, .GRAPHICS, .EQUIPMENT, .LIGHTING, .PHOTOGRAPHY, .TECHNOLOGY, .TIPS, .TODAY — 1,200 RUB/year;
  • .SINGLES, .GURU, .CLOTHING, .BIKE, .PLUMBING, .ESTATE, .CAMERA, .CONTRACTORS, .CONSTRUCTION, .DIRECTORY, .KITCHEN — 1,830 RUB/year;
  • .VENTURES, .DIAMONDS, .VOYAGE, .HOLDINGS — 3,030 RUB/year.

Please note that only one application will be accepted for one domain name, so you may wish to hurry up with your choice. Applications submitted during earlier stages of Landrush registration have higher priority.

If a domain name is not registered during the Landrush or General Availability periods, you will get a full refund for your order.

In addition, we are still accepting applications for Sunrise domain name registration.

Sunrise domain name applications are accepted for the following TLDs:

  • until January 24, 2014, — SINGLES, GURU, CLOTHING, BIKE, PLUMBING, VENTURES and HOLDINGS;
  • until January 31, 2014, — CAMERA, GALLERY, PHOTOGRAPHY, GRAPHICS, EQUIPMENT, ESTATE and LIGHTING;
  • until February 7, 2014, — CONTRACTORS, CONSTRUCTION, LAND, TECHNOLOGY, DIRECTORY, TODAY, KITCHEN;
  • until February 14, 2014, — TIPS, TODAY, VENTURES, VOYAGE.

Due to the start of order submission for Landrush and General Availability registration in the new gTLDs, the Addenda to the Service Agreement will be modified accordingly.
