New Auction Terms for .РФ Domains

From December 02, 2010 the new private auction terms for .РФ Preordered Domains will take effect.

If, upon auction closing moment, the bidders who had placed the first and second bid and have been declared the Auction Winner, failed to effect payment for the stake, RU-CENTER is entitled to hold the second private auction for the ownership right to this domain name.

The second auction will take place among all bidders of the first auction, except for those who failed to fulfill payment obligations being an Auction Winner.

In view of the new service delivery terms the Addenda to the Multiple Service Contract will be changed accordingly.
