Enable option

A few days prior to service renewal, RU-CENTER stipulates the amount of money required for service renewal.

The required amount is debited from the payment system account.

Once the payment is credited to the customer's personal account, it is reserved for service renewal.

How is Automatic payment option enabled?

Click on the "Enable automatic payment option" button. Further sequence of actions will depend on the payment system you choose.

  1. To enable the Automatic payment option via PayPal, you need to:
    • select the payment system from the list;
    • specify the maximum debiting limit, if necessary, and click on the "Enable" button;
    • go to PayPal's website;
    • log in and confirm your consent to enable the option.
  2. To enable the Automatic payment option via VISA/MasterCard, you need to:
    • select the payment system from the list;
    • specify the maximum debiting limit, if necessary, and click on the "Enable" button;
    • click on the "Go" button and you will be redirected to Uniteller payment service's website to made a RUB 1 test payment;
    • enter card details and click on "Make a payment."
  3. To enable the Automatic payment option via Yandex.Money, you need to:
    • select the payment system from the list;
    • specify the maximum debiting limit, if necessary, and choose the option of using the attached bank card, then click on "Enable"';
    • go to Yandex.Money website and confirm your consent to enable the option.
Can I change the payment system for Automatic payment option?

You can choose another payment system at any time by simply selecting it from the list and clicking the "Enable instead of current payment system" button.

How about if there are insufficient funds for service renewal?

We will inform you about insufficient funds in your account via email or SMS (if text messaging notifications are enabled) to allow you to top up your account. The system will retry to debit funds automatically in 24 hours.

How about if the maximum debiting limit is less than the amount required for service renewal?

Funds will be debited in installments until there is a sufficient amount for service renewal on customer's personal account.
