Suspension and restoration of .RU/.РФ domain name delegation at the request of a competent organization or an investigative authority

At the request of a competent organization or an investigative authority, in accordance with Clause 5.5. and Clause 5.7. of the Terms and Conditions of Domain Name Registration in domains .RU and .РФ, delegation of a .RU/.РФ domain name can be suspended by the registrar. RU-CENTER shall notify the Registrant of delegation suspension by email and indicate the reason for suspension.

To restore domain name delegation suspended on the grounds stipulated in Clause 5.5. and Clause 5.7. of the Terms and Conditions:

• the Registrant shall notify the organization or authority, at whose request domain name delegation was suspended, of rectification of the violation that served as grounds for delegation suspension;
• upon receipt of a notice of the rectification of the reason for delegation suspension from the organization or authority at whose request domain name delegation was suspended, RU-CENTER shall restore domain name delegation within two business days.

Domain name delegation will be restored within the stipulated timeframe for domain name delegation.
