1. The special offer "Personal ME" (the "Offer") is provided by RU-CENTER.
2. The Offer period: January 31, 2013 — March 31, 2013.
3. The Offer is available for the partners who have signed a NIC-REG Contract with RU-CENTER and have chosen RF ruble as currency under the contract.
4. For the duration of the Offer period, changes will be made to the Pricing Schedule. During the Offer period, the fee for a 1-year registration of .ME domains will be 665 RUB.
5. If registration request for .ME domain is received after 11:59 p.m. MSK March 31, 2013, such domain registration shall be paid according to the standard price.
6. .ME domain registration requests during the Offer period shall meet the following requirements:
6.1. The request shall be submitted from January 31, 2013 (from 12:00 Midnight MSK) until March 31, 2013 (until 11:59 p.m. MSK).
6.2. Any orders unexecuted before 11.59 p.m. MSK on March 31, 2013 will be paid according to the pricing schedule valid on April 1, 2013.
6.3. The request shall be submitted for an available .ME domain for the period of 1 year.
6.4. .ME domain registration request shall be first-to-serve. If you have two or more requests, you may prioritize the request in "Manage your account" → "Orders" → "Processing queue, order removal".
In case of pending service renewal orders, the latter have priority in execution.
You may cancel services renewal in "Manage your account" panel → "Services" → "Renew services" prior to these services delivery.
6.5. An Offer participant wishing to register .ME domain at a special price valid during the Offer period shall have enough funds on the Personal Account to cover the service.
You may transfer the funds to the Personal Account in advance using any option available.
6.6. If you submitted two or more domain registration requests before January 31, 2013 and the amount covering at least one request will be transferred to your Personal Account before January 31, 2013, the services under this request will be provided according to the pricing schedule valid before January 31, 2013.

8. Registration request for .ME domain means consent of the Offer participant with the terms of gTLD and Foreign ccTLD Registration Schedule (Schedule 1/7 to the Multiple Services Contract) and gTLD and Foreign ccTLD Registration Agreement.
