To enable your RU-CENTER instant messenger, you will be required to have:
— instant messages exchange software, supporting Jabber-protocol (XMPP);
— Jabber-account (identifier), registered in the instant messages exchange system.
Identifier is specified in format user@server_name,
where
user - your login in RU-CENTER instant messenger.
In qip.ru service during registration of the Jabber-account, ICQ number is frequently used as a login.
server_name - name of the corresponding Jabber-server (for example, qip.ru, gmail.com).
