Enabling this option makes it impossible to change the domain registrant or registrar without a personal visit by the current registrant of the RU-CENTER office.
To enable the option:
1. Go to “Manage your account → My domains” section.
2. Select a domain with Maximum security level enabled.
3. Go to “Security” tab.
4. Select the “Restricting domain operations” and click “Configure”.
5. On the configurations page, select “Enable”.
Disabling this option with Maximum security level enabled is only available by the domain registrant visiting the RU-CENTER office in person.
