Password recovery by an official letter

If you forgot the password specified in your agreement with RU-CENTER, you should send an official letter to RU-CENTER. An automatic notification with all the necessary information will be sent to the email specified by you in the letter.

Letter from organization must meet the following requirements:

Information submitted in the letter must be the same as information in RU-CENTER database.

The letter must be on official letterhead of the organization, on a single page, and signed by the head of the organization (depending on the constitutional documents, it can be a director, chief executive officer, president, etc.). Such signature must be certified by the official seal of the organization, provided that the corporate charter of the organization contains provisions on the corporate seal. If the organization has no seal according to the charter, there is no need to put seal.

The letter must contain date.

If the letter is not certified with the company's seal, you must enclose a copy of the corporate charter to prove that the company has no seal.

If the letter is signed by a person acting under some other document (e.g., warrant, power of attorney), the letter must feature such person’s name, title, as well as the date and number of the document approving their authorities.

Example:
"under the power of attorney No. ______ dated ______".

The warrant of power of attorney must state that the person is authorized to change or restore password under the agreement No. _________ (or to execute any transactions and execute, change and terminate any agreements without limitations, including the price limitations).

In this case, the letter must be signed by such authorized person. A copy of the warrant of power of attorney must be attached to the letter.

Letters from non-resident entities must have all of the following documents enclosed with them:

  • a registration certificate;
  • an extract from the commercial register;
  • a copy of the report/order on the appointment of the chief executive;
  • a copy of the chief executive.s passport;

Letter from individual or sole trader must meet the following requirements:

Personal information submitted in the letter must be the same as information in RU-CENTER database. Sole traders are allowed to certify the signature with their own signature and stamp. The letter must be on a single page. A copy of the passport must be attached to the letter.

In case of any doubts in authenticity of the submitted information, RU-CENTER is entitled to request additional documents.
