- The information in letter and in RU-CENTER data base shall be identical.
- The letter is issued on behalf of the Registrant.
- The letter may be signed either by a RU-CENTER employee or Registrant's representative - in both cases on the basis of a power of attorney.
- The letter shall be dated. It has a validity period of 3 months since the signing date.
- Only originals are received. Ownership transfer, registrar change, deletion of domains will not be made by fax copies (letter copies may be submitted only with verification purposes).
- The letter shall come with the notarized power of attorney issued for the RU-CENTER employee or authorized representative transferring the domain.
- Domain name in letter shall have no prefix www (for example, test.ru).
- Domain names containing Cyrillic characters must be listed both in Cyrillic form and in PUNYCODE.
For example: ру-центр.su (XN----JTBYJDLDZ.SU).
- Domains in Cyrillic TLDs (.РФ, .МОСКВА, .ДЕТИ, .ОНЛАЙН, .САЙТ, .ОРГ) may be listed only in Cyrillic form, without PUNYCODE.
