I have ordered a package of two domains. One domain is registered, while the status of the other domain.s processing is "failed". Can I order another domain instead of the "failed" one without additional payment? How do I do that? Within what period can I make another order?

In case you cannot register a domain name ordered within a package (e.g., if this domain is registered by another person at the time of order implementation), you can order another domain complying with the Package terms without additional payment within 14 calendar days from the date of the Package service provision.
