How do I restore my contract password?

If you have forgotten your password for a customer contract (NIC-D), you can receive a link to recover it using the email specified in the "e-mail" field of the contract (unless you have previously forbidden password recovery via email). In order to do that, you need to follow this link: "If you have forgotten administration password or contract number".

If the email address specified in the contract is not working, you can receive your password after submitting to RU-CENTER an official letter
You can send a copy of the letter via fax: +7 (495) 009-0022.

If you have forgotten your password for a partner contract (NIC-REG), then the password can be restored only after sending an official letter.
