Changing information about domain name Registrant in gTLD and foreign ccTLD

In order to change information about a domain name Registrant you should enter the corresponding changes into RU-CENTER database:

• Into contact information - in the Registrant object,
• into identification data - in the Registrant's agreement with RU-CENTER.

Changing domain name Registrant's contact information in the Registrant object

Registrant's contact information includes: telephone number, fax number, e-mail addresses and postal address. Changes are entered on RU-CENTER's Web-server in the "Manage your account" section.

The order of changing contact information:

• enter the "Manage your account" section;
• choose the option "WHOIS-contacts" in the "Agreement" menu;
• find the Registrant object in the "Type" column;
• click "Modify" in the "Manage" column;
• enter the required changes;
• save the changes.

Changing Registrant's identification information in the Agreement

Registrant's identification information includes: company name, legal address, TIN, full name, passport data, date of birth. Changing the identification information is made under the Registrant's official letter to RU-CENTER.

Changing Registrant's identification information in the Agreement (form) will be made within 2 (two) business days from the moment RU-CENTER receives the Registrant's letter.
