Change in contact person information for domain names in gTLDs and foreign ccTLDs

To change Whois contact information for domain names (in .NET, .COM, .TEL, .TV, .TRAVEL TLDs etc.), the registrant should:

• log into the "Manage your account" section;
• select the "WHOIS-contacts" item in the "Contract" menu;
• find the required contact;
• click on the "Modify" in the "Manage" column;
• make the necessary changes;
• click on "Save changes."

To change the email address for a Registrant Whois contact, the action needs to be confirmed using both email addresses.

Following the request's receipt, messages requiring confirmation of email change will be sent to the old and new addresses. You should click on the "Confirm email change" link in the message and then in the "Manage your account" section within seven calendar days; otherwise the email change request will be cancelled.

Following email change, registrar change for domain names will be unavailable for 60 calendar days.
