As of February 27, 2020, the option of sending a counter-offer to a potential buyer becomes available to domain name sellers in RU-CENTER domain store.
Having received an offer to reduce the price of a domain, the seller can not just accept or reject it, but also offer its own price, which will be valid for this buyer.
This option is available for domains with bidding option (willingness to consider the price below the proposed one) enabled in their sale settings. Domain sale settings are available in the "My Domain Store" section.
