On August 22, 2019, the fee for the "Registrant Change" service will be imposed on the following domains: .ru, .рф, .su, .pp.ru, .net.ru, .org.ru, .com.ru, .ru.net, and geodomains. The cost of the service will be RUB 490.
No fee will be charged on registrant change applications submitted before August 22. The service will remain free-of-charge for Club Program members who have the "Business Pro" status and customers renewing their domain names under the "Optimal" price plan.
The cost of the "Registrant Change" service for gTLDs and non-Russian ccTLDs will also be modified, totaling RUB 490.
