Prioritization of .РФ Domains Applications Processing

Effective November 16, 2009 trademark holders as part of the set procedure are welcome to submit on RU-CENTER's web-site their preliminary applications for .РФ domains registration.

From November 25, 2009 to March 25, 2010 RU-CENTER will be holding Sunrise Domains Registration in РФ TLD for the trademark holders. For this period RU-CENTER clients - Russian-named trademark owners will be able to register .РФ domains at 1200 rubles.

Sunrise registration applications will be processed under prioritization procedure of digital orders made in the "Manage your Account" section. Digital queue will guarantee that all applicants are in equal terms irrespective of the services provided by communications companies.

Date and time of application submittal will play a critical role for receipt of domain applications from two or more applicants (this situation is highly probable, when one and the same trademark is registered by several trademark holders by various grades of goods and services). Following item 3.4. of the "РФ TLD Sunrise Registration Provisions", if two or more holders of the same trademark submitted applications for the same domain within the Sunrise registration period, the domain will be registered for the name of the user, who was the first to have fulfilled the registration terms of the agreement with the registrar.

The terms of the agreement with the registrar are deemed fulfilled, if the digital order has been generated, and copies of trademark certificate and legal entity or entrepreneur registration certificate - both sealed by applicant's signature have been submitted (via e-mail and by fax).

Due to a launch of the РФ TLD Sunrise domains registration, effective November 25, 2009 the following documents will be modified accordingly:
