RU-CENTER Introduces Document Reissuance Fee

Effective November 2009, RU-CENTER will introduce a fee for reissuance and resubmission of the billing and associated documents, including those returned by the post service. Initial submission of the above documents will remain free.

In frequent cases addressees face problems with receipt of posted documents, whereas postal addresses specified in their contracts are incorrect or out-date. To avoid similar cases and extra costs for ordering additional document packages, please keep your data specified in the "Postal address" field of your contract updated. Data update is possible in section "Manage your account" → "Contract":"Update information".

Please note, that full postal address shall contain postal index and recipient's name (for legal entities - name of organization). Furthermore, legal entities and entrepreneurs should ensure that they have a postal service contract in place: absence of this contract is one of the main reasons for postal returns.

The above changes will be shaped into a new service. Further details will be available later on RU-CENTER'S web-site.

Due to the above changes, effective November 16, 2009 the following documents will undergo amendments:
