Whois spam proteсtion

The option is available at the “Enhanced” and “Maximum” security levels.

This option features additional spam checking for messages sent via a feedback form or to a contact email address in the Whois service.

You can specify in the option settings an email address to which the messages will be forwarded.

To configure and enable the option:

1. In your personal account, go to the "Active Services → Domains" section.

2. Select the domain for which the "Enhanced" or "Maximum" security level is provided.

3. Go to the "Security" tab.

4. Go to the "Whois Spam Protection" option and click "Settings".

5. By default, messages are forwarded to the contact email address under the contract. You can change the address in the settings - messages will be duplicated to the specified address.

6. Click "Enable".
