Who is responsible for enforcing the Security Requirements and Policies in .BANK?

fTLD is ultimately responsible for enforcing all of the requirements and policies in .BANK Registrars will also play a role in enforcement as they have the direct relationship with the Registrants. fTLD always retains the right to take action if the Registrar fails to do so.
