What happens to an order for an expiring international domain and funds allocated for its purchase if the domain registrant renews or restores it?

If the current registrant renews or restores the domain, the purchase order will be canceled. Funds allocated for order execution will be released in a customer's personal account. They can be used to pay for other services.
