To unsubscribe from technical messages you should:

click on the unsubscribe link in the last paragraph of your message;

make a request to unsubscribe your e-mail address from the mailing list.
To make a request you should know the number of your contract, containing your email-address in the contact data. Contract number is available in any message of the subscription.
You will recently receive a letter with a request to confirm your unsubscription intention. Your email-address will be in the mailing list, until you make a confirmation to your unsubscription.
