Identification via Gosuslugi is a fast and secure way to keep contract data up to date. It allows you to sign into your personal account via Gosuslugi without having to remember login and password.
Identification via Gosuslugi can be completed if the identification via the agreement has not been completed before or if identification via documents has already been completed.
To pass identification via Gosuslugi:
- Go to “Account → Contract” section in your personal account and click “Identify agreement”.
- On the identification via Gosuslugi page, click “Go to Gosuslugi”.
- Sign in to Gosuslugi under the account of an individual for whom the agreement is registered.

If your account of an individual on Gosuslugi has not been verified, please verify it and repeat the attempt to identify the contract in the "Manage your account" section (see item 1).
- Confirm your consent to grant Rucenter access rights to information from your chosen Gosuslugi account — without this step, we will not be able to retrieve your data from Gosuslugi and make sure that the data in the contract is accurate and up-to-date.
- Wait for the result of identification. If the data in the contract and the Gosuslugi account that you are using for identification match, the identification will be completed and you will receive a notification. If the data fail to match, we will manually check the differences — if they are related to misprints in the contract data, our staff will confirm the identification. If the data in the contract and on Gosuslugi are fundamentally different, the identification will be rejected and you will need to provide electronic copies of your documents — you can learn more about this step here.
