For service transfer from Account to Account without Registrant change:

1.

The losing party should submit to RU-CENTER copies of the documents:

for domains
for other services

Request for a transfer of domain and other services may be contained in one letter.

2.

The request will be processed within two business days after receiving documents. The Registrant will be notified of all the changes via contact e-mail.
