What is Telhosting?

TEL is a brand new TLD. Its main difference from other TLDs is that contact information is kept on DNS. Whereas it is self-hosted the client has no need to create a web-site. He will just need to pay for domain name registration.

At least 2 DNS will be required for domains delegation. This option is already included for TEL domains.

TEL domains registered are delegated on the following DNS (this list is determined by Telnic):

A0.CTH.DNS.NIC.TEL
D0.CTH.DNS.NIC.TEL
N0.CTH.DNS.NIC.TEL
S0.CTH.DNS.NIC.TEL
T0.CTH.DNS.NIC.TEL

For TEL hosting RU-CENTER:

• registers Tel hosting account for a client at tel.nic.ru;
• sends by email login and password to the administrative contact email.

After authorization at tel.nic.ru a client can enter, change or delete all domain-related information.
