If the service rendering is not paid for before its expiration, the service rendering is suspended for 30 days.
In 30 days after the service expiration, it will not be rendered to anybody, while the domain Administrator
will be able to pay the service prolongation fee. If the fee is paid, than the service rendering will be
continued.
If the service prolongation is not paid for in 30 days after its expiration, the registration is cancelled and
can be rendered to anybody.
Switching off a service at Customer's will
During the whole service term the Customer can switch on/off a service. To do so, in the "Services" section of
the "Manage your account" section one should:
- Select "Review and update data" in the "Services" menu,
- Choose the "Switch service on/off" link on the "Modify parameters" column,
- On the "Modify active service's parameters" page press the "Switch service on/off" key.
Switching off a service does not involve changing its term of rendering.
Service termination at customer's will
If the term of the service is not over (the service is paid for), the termination is carried out on the basis
of an official letter from the Administrator. There is no refund.
When RU-CENTER receives an official letter, changes in the database will be made in two work days. Information
about relevant changes will be sent to addresses, set forth in the database.
Forms of letters:
- Letter on behalf of a legal entity
The letter should be mounted on an organization's form, signed by the head of the organization. If the letter
is signed by someone, acting on the basis of other documents (warrant) than the letter should be mounted on
behalf of this person with indication of his authority (position, surname, name) and also indicate the number
and date of the document, confirming his authority. A copy of the warrant should be attached to the letter.
- Letter on behalf of an individual person
A copy of the individual person's passport should be attached to the letter.
