.PRO Domain Activation


To make a .PRO registered domain function, it needs to be activated by determining your trade.

.PRO should be activated in the following cases:

  • Domain registration
  • Inter-Registrar transfer
  • Registrant change
  • Contract-to-Contract transfer with no Registrant change

How to activate .PRO domain?

Upon registration of a .PRO domain RU-CENTER will e-mail to its Registrant a letter with a link to a special form. The registrant will fill out this form and submit to RegistryPro for verification. If verification proves successful, the Registrant will activate his/her domain name.

Domain activation form shall be filled out by Latin letters and contain the below fields:

Name, surname
Business area
Licensing country
Licensing authority
License No.
Link to licensing authority
Example: :

If no license for business operations is available, you may submit certificate with the record of Unified State Register of Legal Entities, higher education diploma, Charter, various certificates, extracts or other documents which best describe your business
