Assigning Public Viewable Contacts (Phone, E-mail, Fax)

RU-CENTER clients would have an option to display specific contact details in public viewable Whois listings (phone, e-mail, fax) for .SU domains and third level domains. Registrant's form records are displayed in public viewable Whois listings by default. These data are identical for all domain names in .SU TLD and third-level domains registered under the same form.

This option is most critical for bulk domain owners wishing to add privacy on their contact records.

Furthermore, email addresses specified in Registrant's form are public viewable and may be spam or theft prone.

Whois listings should therefore display contact details other than those specified in Registrant's profile and for each domain individually.

You need to reconfigure these parameters:

- enter the "Manage your account" section;
- in "Services" select "Review and update data";
- choose the service (Domain name registration);
- in "Parameters" select "Individual contacts not specified > Modify";
- tick .Use Individual Contacts for a Domain. in .Individual contact data. section;
- assign desired contacts in form: phone, e-mail, fax (you can use Autofilling for that);
- save changes.
