Services support transfer from RU-CENTER to a Partner

Transfer of all services can be implemented by request through RU-CENTER web interface (transfer is implemented automatically within an hour after the request is made):

  • go to the "Manage your account" section (logon using the administrative password according to your Service Agreement NIC-D);
  • choose "Transfer to a Partner" option in the "Contract" menu;
  • specify the Contract number for the Partner, whom you transfer services support to;
  • click the button "Transfer".

You can also transfer services via an official letter from the services Administrator (transfer is implemented within 2 business days upon receiving the letter);

Note
In this case your Service Agreement with RU-CENTER (index NIC-D) will be put on hold. All orders waiting to be processed, made by you under a Service Agreement with RU-CENTER, will be terminated (you can look up the list of orders waiting to be processed in the section "Manage your account" - "Orders" - "Order archive" - order status "Waiting").

In order to transfer partial service support, Registrant has to submit an official letter for a partial service transfer with a number of client form under Partner's support.

The services Administrator and the Partner are notified about the changes made via e-mail.

Notice!
An official letter or an authorized request to transfer services support to RU-CENTER serve as your consent with the conditions of the Service Agreement and the Schedules for services.

If you transfer partial service support from a Partner to RU-CENTER, transfer is implemented by means of an an official letter from the services Administrator.

If you transfer support of all services to RU-CENTER, transfer can be implemented by any of the following methods:

  • by means of an official letter from the services Administrator
    (transfer is implemented within 2 business days upon receiving the letter);

  • Under request through RU-CENTER web-interface
    (transfer is implemented automatically within an hour after the request is made):

    • go to the 'Manage your account' section (logon using the administrative password according to your form NIC-D - you should get the required data from the Partner);
    • choose the 'Transfer to RU-CENTER' option in the 'Contract' menu (section 'Form');
    • click the button 'Transfer'.

The services Administrator and the Partner are informed about changes performed by means of e-mail.

Services support transfer from one Partner to another Partner

If you transfer partial service support from one RU-CENTER Partner to another Partner, transfer is made via official letter from the services Administrator.

If you make a Partner-to-Partner transfer support of all services, transfer can be made by any of the below options:

  • official letter from the services Administrator
    (transfer is made within 2 business days upon letter receipt);

    When making Partner-to-Partner services transfer, all "pending" orders made by the partner through your client form will be canceled. In this case the new partner can reissue the orders;

  • request through RU-CENTER web-interface
    (transfer is made automatically within one hour after the request is made):
    • login to the 'Manage your account' panel using the administrative password according to your form NIC-D. You should apply to the Partner to get the required details;
    • choose 'Change partner' option in the 'Contract' menu (section 'Form');
    • specify the Partner's Contract number, whom you transfer services support to;
    • click on 'Transfer'.

The services Administrator and the Partner are notified about the changes made via e-mail.
