Redemption of domain in gTLDs and foreign ccTLDs, subjected to deletion from the Registry

If no payment for domain registration renewal has been effected within 30 days upon service expiry, RU-CENTER will launch domain cancellation procedure in the Registry.

The domain is restorable (except for .HN) and renewable subject to the Partner's inquiry, provided the inquiry has been received no later than 25 calendar days from the commencement of domain cancelation procedure in the Registry.

To restore the domain, the Client shall:

  • pay for the domain restoration (4500 rubles tax included for AG, BZ, LC, MN, SC, VC domains, 2800 rubles tax included for others) and registration renewal services for 1 year as per your current price.

  • send to tld-ncc@nic.ru the inquiry with specification of the domain name and request to restore the domain subjected to cancelation.

    In response to your inquiry you will be given the authorization link. Upon authorization, you will give your consent to withdrawal of funds from your account for the domain restoration and registration renewal services. Your consent should be confirmed within a day upon sending a letter with the authorization link.

If the domain has not been restored and renewed, it will be deleted from the Registry in 35 days upon commencement of the cancelation procedure.

Upon domain deletion from the Registry, it becomes open for registration by any person.
