Party's change agreement issuance procedure

If you wish to sign an agreement about party's change under the contract, you will be required to:

1. Print out the text of the trilateral agreement in three copies

• for individual
• for organization

2. Sign for your part and submit the above documents by:

• post to: 2/1, 3d Khoroshevskaya str., Moscow, Russia, 123308 RU-CENTER
• fax to +7 (495) 737-06-02
• regular mail to RU-CENTER Administrative Center, or
• deliver to RU-CENTER Office

On documents receipt we will duly formalize them for our part and return one copy to you. If the documents were submitted by post, the signed copy will be sent to the address specified in the contract form.
