Requirements for information partner's activity

• The content of hypertext links to RU-CENTER website placed by the partner on his Internet resources with the aim of executing the Information services agreement should clearly point to RU-CENTER's activity.

• Internet-resources where the partner places links to RU-CENTER's website should not contain the information contradicting public interests, human and moral principles (e.g. blasphemy, appeals of anti-human nature, insulting human dignity or religious feelings, etc).

• Links to RU-CENTER's website should not be close to erotic pictures.

• Links to RU-CENTER's website should not be placed on websites containing advertising links published by RU-CENTER itself (these links contain ipartner identifiers equaling 2668, 2669, 2780, 2817).

• An information partner has no right to:

  a) place hypertext links to RU-CENTER's web-site in any type of messages, despite of their content and form, sent through e-mail or by any other means from any address;

  b) send a visitor to RU-CENTER's web-site against his wish and his active actions;

  c) perform technical or any other actions not stipulated by the Information services agreement, not authorized by RU-CENTER which resulted or may result in losses for RU-CENTER or third parties.

In case the listed conditions are not met RU-CENTER has the right to terminate the Information services agreement in a unilateral order.
