3. RU-CENTER registers the client in the following cases:
4. If the Client's form contains an identifier pointing to the information partner, the latter has a priority to other information partners for the accruals accounting as regards the services ordered by the Client. 5. Accruals to the information partner are made, if the registered client ordered and paid for RU-CENTER services as per the list specified in Addendum 2 for the NIC-A agreement ("Table for Calculation of Information Services Cost"). 6. RU-CENTER calculates the amount of fees and registers them on the partner's agreement personal account. The profit value constitutes a percent from the service received and paid for by the Client set by the agreement. Partner's information services cost is determined by means of adding up profits for all RU-CENTER services received and paid for by Clients. 7. No more fees will be made since the agreement (NIC-D) with the information partner's identifier is transferred to a business partner (NIC-REG). If the client within 3 years since the partner's identifier placement in the agreement withdraws its agreement from the business partner to RU-CENTER, the fees payment to the information partner will resume. 8. In order to get the information services cost the partner - RF resident should send to RU-CENTER through "Manage your account" section a request for funds transfer. The request form depends on a payment option chosen by the partner. For the partners, other than RF residents, the payment may be made only to the personal account of another agreement (NIC-D or NIC-REG) specified by the partner in the funds transfer request. 9. The accountable receipts are submitted to the partners - RF residents (legal entities or sole traders) to the addresses specified in their agreements. |
