Transfer of domain from RIPN to RU-CENTER

Transfer of domain from one registrar to another or transfer of domain to a third party is possible only when payment for domain name registration received.

Domain name can not be transferred upon receipt of fax copy of the letter, responses are not provided.



Domain transfer from RIPN (RIPN) to RU-CENTER without change of administrator

To transfer domain you should submit 2 letters from Administrator:

1. Letter to RIPN

2. Letter to RU-CENTER

Domain transfer from RIPN to RU-CENTER with transfer of domain name to a third party

To transfer domain you should submit 3 letters:

1. to RIPN from administrator for domain transfer to RU-CENTER

2. to RU-CENTER from administrator for domain transfer to another party

3. to RU-CENTER from the party obtaining domain name (formal acceptance of domain transfer)

Letter from organization should meet the following requirements:

The letter must be stamped by the seal of this organization. If the letter is singed by a person not authorized in By-laws of organization (such powers have Director, General Director, Rector), the letter should refer to a document, approving his/her authorities (letter of attorney, order). Simple copy of such document should be attached to the letter.

Letter from individual should meet the following requirements:

Personal information submitted in the letter should coincide with information of RU-CENTER database. Otherwise the letter will be not processed.

Letters to RU-CNETER and RIPN can be either brought to the chancellery of Administrative-technical center "Kurchatov Institute" or to the company office, or sent by mail:

  ANO "Regional Network Information Center", RIPN

You will be notified about correspondent changes in database by e-mail, forwarded to the contact addresses specified in your Agreement.
