Buyer's Deposit
A deposit is paid by the Buyer to ensure performance of his obligations
and amounts to $59, including taxes. The deposit is reserved on the
Buyer's Personal Account after the Auction Request Form
has been generated on web-server auction.nic.ru.
If the Buyer has been declared the Auction Winner and failed to
pay for the domain on time, the deposit will be withdrawn from the
personal account as payment for RU-CENTER's auction-related expenses.
In all other cases the deposit will be released on the Personal
Account and may be used by the Buyer as payment for
other services.
If a Buyer is the Partner's Client:
A deposit is paid by the Partner that manages the Buyer's Account
to ensure performance of his obligations
and amounts to $59, including taxes.
The deposit is reserved on the Partner's Account after the Bidding Request
has been generated on web-server auction.nic.ru.
If the Buyer has been declared the Auction Winner, but the
Partner failed to pay for the domain on time, the deposit will be
withdrawn from the personal account as payment for RU-CENTER's
auction-related expenses.
In all other cases the deposit will be released on the Personal Account and may be used by the Partner as payment for other services.
