Autonomous Non-profit Organization "Regional Network
Information Center" (RU-NIC) represented by its
__________________, ___________________________________________, acting on the basis of the
______________________________________________________________, as one party, and Joint Stock Company "Regional
Network Information Center" (JSC RU-CENTER) represented by its
General Director, Alexander Valerievich Panov, acting on the basis of the Articles
of Association, as the second party, and RF citizen
__________________________________________________, hereinafter referred
to as the "Customer”, as the third party, collectively called
the "Parties", have entered into this trilateral Agreement as
follows:
- RU-NIC, voluntarily and upon agreement of the other two Parties
hereunder, relieves of its duties and obligations exercised on behalf of
RU-NIC for the purpose of executing Contract No. ______ dated
“__” ________ 20___. (hereinafter referred to as the Contract)
concluded between RU-NIC and
__________________________________________________________________________,
and hereby delegates the above rights and obligations to JSC RU-CENTER from
the date hereunder.
- JSC RU-CENTER, voluntaily and upon agreement of the other two Parties
hereunder, undertakes all duties and obligations exercised on behalf of
RU-NIC for the purpose of executing Contract between RU-NIC and
_______________________________________________ from the date
hereunder.
- RU-NIC undertakes to submit to JSC RU-CENTER on the present
Agreement effective date the whole set of documents required
hereunder.
- The Customer will assign RU-NIC to transfer support of all domain names
registered under Contract No_______ / NIC-D
dated "__" ________ 20__ to Registrar JSC RU-CENTER.
- The three Parties hereunder have voluntarily agreed to deem "__" ________ 20__ as the date of delegation of RU-NIC rights and obligations
hereunder from RU-NIC to JSC RU-CENTER. The specified date shall be
deemed the effective date of the present Agreement on the assumption of
signature hereof by the three Parties.
- Effective "__" ________ 20__ the new version of the Contract will be
deemed accepted by JSC RU-CENTER and _______________________________________.
The text of Contract new version has been approved by the Parties and
shall be deemed the integral part hereto.
- The present Agreement is made in three original copies, each one for
____________________________________, RU-NIC and JSC RU-CENTER.
