Issuance and Transfer of Documents to RU-CENTER

For legal entities
For individuals and sole traders

To transfer domain ownership, a Registrant should submit to RU-CENTER:

— ownership transfer original letter (rtf)
— copy of a passport

Please pay attention to general rules of letter issuance.

Documents may be submitted by:

post to: 2/1, 3d Khoroshevskaya str., Moscow, Russia, 123308 RU-CENTER
delivery to RU-CENTER Office
delivery to the office of one of RU-CENTER's regional affiliates

Specific cases:

RF residents should submit a notarized letter for domain name ownership transfer
