Issuance and Transfer of Documents to RU-CENTER

for legal entities
for individuals and sole traders

To transfer domain ownership, a Registrant should submit to RU-CENTER:

ownership transfer original letter (rtf)

Please pay attention to general rules of letter issuance.

Documents may be submitted by:

post to: 2/1, 3d Khoroshevskaya str., Moscow, Russia, 123308 RU-CENTER
delivery to RU-CENTER Office
delivery to the office of one of RU-CENTER's regional affiliates

Specific cases:

If domain ownership is transferred to the director of the organization-transferor.
If the letter is issued by the person other than head of organization.
If domain ownership is transferred by the branch office.
If domain ownership is transferred by a foreign company representative office.
If the Entity transferring .RU domain ownership is not an identified customer.
