Rules of «Total INFOrmatization» Special Offer


1. "Total INFOrmatization" special offer (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer") is provided by RU-CENTER.

2. The Offer period: February 1 — April 30, 2012.

3. The Offer is available both for RF and non-RF residents who signed a /NIC-D Service Agreement directly with RU-CENTER.

4. During the Offer period, the fee for registration of .INFO domains will be  400 rub.

5. If registration request for .INFO domain is received after 11:59 p.m. MSK on April 30 , 2012, such domain registration shall be paid according to the standard price.

6. .INFO domain registration requests during the Offer period shall meet the following requirements:

6.1. The request shall be submitted from February 1, 2012 (from 12:00 Midnight MSK) till April 30, 2012 (until 11:59 p.m. MSK).

6.2. The request shall be submitted for an available .INFO domain for the period of 1 year.

6.3. .INFO domain registration request shall be first-to-serve. If you have two or more requests, you may prioritize the request in "Manage your account" – "Orders" – "Processing queue, order removal".

In case of pending service renewal orders, the latter have priority in execution. 
You may cancel services renewal in "Manage your account" panel – "Services" – "Renew services" prior to the moment of these services delivery.

6.4. A client wishing to register .INFO domain at a special price valid during the Offer period shall have enough funds on the Personal Account to cover the service.

You may transfer the funds to the Personal Account of your agreement in advance using any option available:

6.5. If you submitted several domain registration requests before February 1, 2012 and the amount covering at least one request will be transferred to your Personal Account before February 1, 2012, the services under this request will be provided according to the prices valid before February 1, 2012.

6.6. Any requests unexecuted before April 30, 2012 (before 11.59 p.m. MSK) will be paid according to the prices valid on May 1, 2012.

6.7. The Offer does not apply to:

  • Registration of .INFO domains for a period of more than 1 year;
  • Renewal of .INFO domains;
  • Transfer of .INFO domains from other registrars;
  • Domain registration in other TLDs.

7. Participation in the Offer means Client's consent with these Rules.

8. Registration request for .INFO domain means Client's consent with the terms of gTLD and Foreign ccTLD Registration Schedule (Schedule 1/7 to Service Agreement) and gTLD and Foreign ccTLD Registration Agreement.
